YOUR FocusOn You! Card was made for your wallet or attaches to your key ring.  Each time your card is scanned for attending events or participating in Chamber activities, points will be awarded to you and will accumulate through out the year.

Bring a prospect to a Chamber event/activity (must be a qualified business contact for Membership into JACC)
Annual Banquet in April
Participate in Small Business Month

20 Reward Points - one time award of 20 points available to member company employees participating in one of the following programs:
Adopt A Street Program
Phone Program
Accept Chamber Checks

25 Reward Points:
Recruit a paid new member  

25 Reward Points - one time award of 25 points:
TREK Coach
Leadership Joplin Class Member

25 Reward Points - one time award of 25 points available to member company employees participating as a Level sponsor:
Program Level Sponsors (Chairman, President & Director)  

50 Reward Points - one time award of 25 points available to member company employees for the companies paid renewal of membership within 30 days of due date.  

Bonus Points - WATCH for ways to earn bonus points throughout the year.
Cards/key tags MUST be scanned to receive points.
The JACC staff will do everything possible to ensure points are awarded.
Program year runs January 17, 2006 - January 10, 2007. 
All terms/point values are subject to change.
The Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce is the issuer and administrator of the FocusOn You!T Membership retention program.

RSVP is still required.  This gives us an idea of how many to provide for at events.
