Prize to be awarded at Joplin
Business EXPO 2007. The top 100 qualified Chamber member companies with the
highest average points per member card holder as of December 31, 2006 will be
eligible for the random drawing. Prize
must be accepted or denied. No monetary value. Recipient agrees to allow Sign
Designs marketing and promotional rights of the sign installed at recipients
location including but not limited to photos, interviews and/or any additional
marketing needs. Recipient will sign a letter of receipt for the suggested
retail value of the sign for Sign Designs tax purposes.
Disclaimer: Installation of steel or any type of structural poles is not included. If installation of a pole structure is required it must be contracted through Sign Designs by recipient - If existing electrical is not available or not adequate for signs, this service must be contracted through Sign Designs by recipient - If other means of communication are required and/or requested, additional material and/or labor expense will be paid for by recipient - If signs are not mounted together on an existing pole structure there will be a cost to install them on a building or at separate locations on a building, including an additional wireless radio or additional communication method - Standard service and training rates will apply 30 days after installation and client training is complete. End of Year Top Point Earner Prize: Home-Pro Rules / Regulations: Awarded at EXPO 2007. Winner must be able to take possession of the prize within 1 year of the award. Winner may transfer the award to another party. Winner must be within the Joplin area and specifically no further than 20 miles from Joplin zip code areas. Winner will be responsible for cost of trip charges to distances beyond 20 miles. Winner is responsible for payment of taxes. Winner must provide proof of identification upon awarding prize. Winner is responsible for providing permits required by law. Home-Pro retains the right to schedule installation no sooner than 60 days from award date. Winner must provide preliminary criteria for construction of the room including the following; ( 1 ) concrete pad or sufficient footing must be in place ( 2 ) roof line must be sufficient for tie in procedures ( 3 ) electrical work limited to installation of one 110 volt light fixture and six 110 volt electrical outlets ( 4 ) existing wiring must meet or exceed local code requirements ( 5 ) winner must provide electrical power for installation crew to use during construction ( 6 ) Floor / support area must be sufficient for required load bearing ratios. Interior flooring is not included. All manufacturer warrantees applicable. All labor warrantees applicable. Any changes will require written change order and winner will be responsible for additional expenses incurred as a result of requested changes. Relocation of existing fixtures currently attached to the home which would hinder the installation in any way, will require a written change order stating costs to relocate or remove. Winner agrees to allow Home-Pro to place a "Henry the Home-Pro man" yard sign on site for a minimum of 30 days. Winner grants Home-Pro's advertising department permission for marketing. Disclaimer: Home-Pro reserves the right to re-schedule the installation date as a result of "special" circumstances or "unforeseen" circumstances. Employees of Home-pro and family members are not eligible to win. No cash option available however, Home-Pro retains the right to allow the winner to exchange the prize for a different product from Home-Pro of equal or greater value and at Home-Pro's discretion. All identification submitted to verify a winner is subject to verification and acceptance by participating sponsor(s) at its sole discretion. Identification that is counterfeit, illegible, tampered with or otherwise altered will not be accepted. All participants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, if applicable, and any liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize.
