You have the opportunity to play a vital role in developing and organizing the YPN events and programs. Each event and program will have a work group and you can join one or more. These groups will meet on an "as needed" basis according to the program dicates. Below are the work group descriptions. Submit your informaiton to express your interest in any or all of these groups.

Boardwalk training – Annual training, provided by the United Way of Southwest Missouri, in regards to all aspects of board governance and policies (Work group leader: Cameo Gerdes)

Mentoring Program – Area business leaders provide a group setting to lead mentoring sessions, with each group consisting of 4-8 YPNs and meeting based on the needs of each group. New groups are formed throughout the year. (Work group leaders: Garen McMillian & Kim Lester)
