Connecting developing leaders to established leaders
A Program To Educate Our Youth On Community Leadership
Tomorrow Leaders Today (TLT) is a youth leadership program sponsored by the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Participants are area high school seniors with a variety of interests, experiences, and talents. Six out-of-school sessions take place from November through March, with full credit, concluding with an evening graduation.
The TLT program provides these individuals with an opportunity to learn more about the area and understand the importance of community service to our future. Students interact with business and community leaders to identify and discuss local issues, leadership, and career opportunities.
