Chamber Gives Back Annual River Cleanup at Elk River

Chamber Gives Back is teaming up with Liberty Utilities to host our Annual River Cleanup on Elk River. Volunteers will participate in a 5-mile float to collect recyclables and trash.  Canoes, trash bags, and good times are provided. To make things interesting, a scavenger hunt will take place to see who can collect the most trash and/or the weirdest item. Volunteers will meet in the parking lot of River Ranch Resort at 10:30 am. Ride-share from Joplin to River Ranch can be available upon request.

What to Bring (optional): Sunscreen, personal cooler with snacks & beverages (no glass), water shoes, Ziploc bags for personal items (phone, wallet, etc.), and trash grabber for hard-to-reach cans
