Nominee must currently live and/or work (if applicable) in the Joplin, MO, MSA defined by the US Census Bureau and includes areas in the counties of Jasper, Newton, Cherokee and Ottawa Counties.
Nominee must have lived and/or worked in the Joplin MSA for at least 3 years

Participates in activities that significantly enhance the quality of life in our community.
Demonstrates exceptional ethical qualities and a commitment to improving and preserving the community.
Shows remarkable citizenship and volunteer spirit that spans several years, reflecting a continuous dedication to service.
Acts as a role model and inspiration for others in the community through their actions and leadership.
Nominees must have been an active Chamber member for a minimum of two years and must not be a previous recipient of this award.
No awards will be given posthumously.
